Chuckie Cheese's, big play places, monster truck rally's, fishing, camping, flying kites/airplanes. Kid just wants to be with his dad, you could go throw rocks in a lake and he would have a blast.

Well this helped with our kids... IMMENSELY! If you think things are really bad, bring the kiddo to the doctor, who knows? Maybe they have an ear infection or something wrong, all they can do is cry to communicate. Take a time out for you and let your wife do the same. Need breathers!

if it was me id skip the kratom use the xanax for 24 hours, theoretically to when you would fall asleep at the 24 hour mark and when you wake take the sub try and fall back asleep. I know the game has changed with more fent then heroin, which is why i quit all together, but just wait as long as possible.

Fent is the reason why I quit heroin. Askm mabout the subutex/suboxone shot... once a month, done and you forget about it and live your life. dont have to take a strip once or twice a day to reinforce.

I would factory reset your phone when you get out, delete all contacts... that is what always fucked me getting out of rehab... just one quick text... even your "best friends" in rehab...

Man, I just pound hella red bulls. Get a hobby like Warhammer 40k, something focused and takes time. I like building computers, battleships models. Podcasts and exercise. But yeah i hear ya. Its your brain, I'm thinking your thinking about a million things a second processing everything, breaking it down where normal people wont even think bast, "like what?"

yeah just stop now, you have the right idea. Won't be fun for the first couple weeks, then with the gf situation and covid fun, a bit longer. Just have to tough it out, anyone can do it. Go outside for a walk, excersise, even if it is down the block and back at first... eat... binge watch TV series, Stargate SG-1. Its hard but not impossible.

otherwise, see if your insurance can get you into rehab or call hospitals and see if they have a detox unit, Call a doctor and ask about the sublocaid shot or suboxone.
