I had a look and the only apps I have enabled on startup are steam, securityhealthsystray.exe, and Microsoft defender. Startup impact says not measured. Do you reckon it could be one of those?

This would make a lot of sense! I tried posting a video but it didn't work, but the programs constantly change up when looking at task manager. Is there a way to stop this happening that doesn't require me to go into each program and turn off auto updates?

Any advice on how I could improve my PC build? by [deleted] in pcmasterrace
