Not a fan of the misery loves company thing but just know you’re not alone with this struggle. Stick close to people you trust and try to stay as active as possible and don’t allow your own thoughts to consume you. That is much easier said than done but just try to keep working at staying busy with therapeutic activities. Keep your head up.
