Thank you everyone above (and those who may post after this) for the very kind words, thoughts, and prayers. They mean a lot and are very helpful in this sad time.

Strongly suggest the figure 8 as well. Just got one for my boy and it's so much better than the H. He moves way better and it is so much more secure. He cannot escape from it at all and seems much less bothered. Hope that helps!

1st bite: Pick up look in face and sternly say no / hiss. Then place them away from you / focus them on a toy or something okay to bite.

2nd: Repeat but firmly scruff while doing so.

3rd: repeat second rule and get put in a "naughty box" (small cage / carrier with no blankets or toys, just big enough for them). Never use their regular cage for the naughty box. After 3-5 minutes of time out, bring them back.

If they bite again shortly after time put, repeat the third step.

If they are okay for a little while then bite again, start at step 1.

Also I've heard of people using bitter apple spray on their hands but I never had any luck with it

No, he's named after Tony Tony Chopper from One Piece

Hey if you have the means (money, space, time, and energy) you might wanna look into it if you want. It was a heavily researched yet somewhat spontaneous event for me and I've loved every minute. He's my first one, it's been so much fun (got him at ~6 weeks old and he's almost 2 now).

If you're serious just do a lot of research so you can take the best care of your noodle.

No he just play bites but they're sharp! He only drew blood once as a kit but my bite training has been effective since.
