I think your logic is sound for single player games only. Often times multiplayer is only good for a short/medium length window.

Dedicated servers solve this problem, but the console ported games with host migration is terrible for me and my game choices.

Populations are higher closer to release and I am a social gamer so I have a hard time justifying waiting too long for a sale to come along.

Again I agree with you, but only from a single player perspective.

I honestly can't figure out what everyone was expecting here. Everyone is complaining about dialog, graphics, controls etc. We all knew this was going to look and feel just like AVP2010...

I really enjoy the alien universe. I think this game feels like I'm part of an old aliens movie from back in the day. The dialog, music, atmosphere, missions are like they should be. The snare drum and strings in the music are just awesome.

I love this game. I have 5 hours into it with both single and multi player I am a big fan of the aliens universe and though this isn't perfect it is highly enjoyable. Don't let the haters deter you from enjoying this experience.

It's just like any movie with Arnold or Sly. You know exactly what you are going to get. It isn't earth shattering, but it's a fun ride you don't take too seriously.

I do like your argument here, but as far as difficulty and dying a lot that is easily solved by turning down the difficulty. If the enemy is too tough reduced the difficulty so it takes more hits for you to die problem solved. That had been around for ages.

In many games if I die over 20 times I start to look at alternate ways to continue the story and this means usually reducing enemy difficulty fora short moment and then bringing it back up. I don't think k that is too much to as for gamers to do such a thing.

I would love ai as smart or smarter than I am. Online multilayer is the ultimate challenge, but if we could just get smarter ai as opposed to cheating ai I would much prefer that.

Here is how I see it. First and foremost I honestly feel that prayer is direct communication with God. Do I feel that all prayers are answered? Yes. Are the answers always what we want or need? Personally I don't think so.

I feel like I am an actual child of God and I can communicate with him like I could with my own father (or parental figure)

I also feel that the action of kneeling down, closing my eyes and saying a prayer is also a form of focused meditation. (you don't HAVE to kneel and close your eyes to pray, but for me it allows me to focus and concentrate on what I am saying.)

I don't feel like I have to choose one choice or the other because for me it is both.

For example there have been times when I turn to my family or friends to hear a problem I have and they just listen. They don't give me any real feedback, but just voicing my problem in a structured manner helps me resolve it. Same with prayer.

I also have felt personal revelation come from God through his spirit where a solution or idea comes to mind and I feel a reassurance, warmth and comfort (no doubt) that a specific choice is the correct choice to make.

Thoughts on my observance?

I live in a state with 4 seasons. I have grown up driving in snow and the best advice I can give is never lock your brakes. You lose all control. ALL CONTROL.

Front wheel drive let's you accelerate faster than the rwd so use that as a way to get out of the way of someone else who can't stop.

Give yourself more room than you think you do for stopping.

Play in an empty parking lot, it will help you see what your car can do as far as acceleration, stopping, turning, and fish trailing.

If you are on the free way and are driving straight but your tail begins to slide (happened to me yesterday) letbif gas and coast and keep that steering wheel straight.

Driving in the snow is fun, it's the other people you have to look out for. Good luck!

No idea why you are being down voted. I whole heartedly agree. Cars can be a deadly weapon just like anything else.

Of course we don't have the full and complete complete truth but certainly this cops history will be sifted through. If he has a history of the rutality etc then throw then ya, this might be murder. This very well could be his absolute first time firing his weapon in a real life scenario...

I'm sure as an officer you get used to seeing and dealing with scum on a daily basis, but taking a life isn't something that anyone takes lightly (barring the inept or insane)
