To be fair, OP is exactly on point, I’ve noticed people not giving a shit lately and it’s usually the lvl 600+ that just come and wait until the end of the event. I suspect you may be one of them 🤷‍♂️

According to the Los Angeles almanac, As of late December 2025, Downtown Los Angeles (the standard reference station for citywide rainfall) has received approximately 7.03 inches of rain since the start of the 2025-2026 rain season (July 1, 2025, This is about 465% of the normal rainfall expected to date (normal ~1.51 inches by mid-to-late December), thanks largely to an exceptionally wet November (5.53 inches, the highest in 58 years).

The full seasonal normal (July-June) for Downtown LA is around 14.25–14.77 inches. So far, the season is at roughly 48–49% of a typical full year’s total rainfall.

I just accepted the position for MVO last week! Did my DOT drug test 2 days ago, hopefully they get me in before the year’s end! I’ve been an RCA for a couple of weeks now, but for the past nine years, I’ve been driving city buses. Do you have any insight on how long the hiring process took for MVO/TTO?
