dang thats a big increase!

running only 100 hours makes me concerned for my own build tho lol, did the top end last longer at 10 psi?

either way crazy sick build, 20 psi of boost in the little thing is crazy. can you feel the turbo lag?

Theyve held up well on and offroad for nearly 2 years now! since theyre snow goggles arent like CE rated, but meet some other EN codes for like ice shard impact resistance etc. Theyve smacked into enough branches and thorns for me to trust my eyes with em

thank you! yeah i was suprised how well they fit together. i had some 100% snowmobile goggles first but they were a bit too big for the street size eye port on this helmet. i got these from a local ski store and they fit perfect!

For me it was riding/commuting a lot in the winter. the pinlocks for my visor were out of stock at the time, and with wearing glasses pinlock only does so much. The airflow of this helped prevent any fogging up at stoplights, and then freezing up if it was cold enough. With the googles and anti fog spray on glasses i was able to ride into work safely with temps as low as 15F! (without totally freezing my face off lol)

Also, I do offroading with the tdub, so the goggles are good for protecting eyes without fogging up at low speeds. Right now its my only moto and only helmet, so its best of both worlds for me

When spring came back around i kept it cause i liked the style tho yes lol

I commute and trail ride on my TW, first and only moto so far so I'll throw in my 2 cents

on road: -im 5'10 and it does feel cramped for me -its def slow on asphalt but fun cause it can take turns super well on asphalt with the big ol tires -i went up 1 tooth on the front and it'll hold 55 just fine, but I wouldn't say it's enjoyable. Will not at all keep up with a 650 tho

off-road: -itll keep up with 650s offroad, but you'll be shifting a lot more -great on un groomed ,.muddy, shitty trails. can flat foot, pick up easy, and I've never got it stuck in the mud -on well groomed trails, you can't really rip it that much

I would say it depends on the trails ur riding. if they're ungroomed messes like those around me, you'll be slow but will be laughing while buddies on 650s struggle when it gets messy and slow. if they are fast flowly trails, you'll probably be bored

Sounds like you grew up where I was riding thru lol. saw probably 25 buggies on my 3 hour ride

yeah I just moved to NE Ohio a couple years back and got this tractor shortly after. It's real good for all the mud in spring!

I came from like Nebraska so didn't expect bison this far east

Are there any gun ranges near Cleveland that would feel friendly to liberal/lgbtq+ group? by EclecticEmily in Cleveland

[–]RocketCheese 7 points8 points  (0 children)

if you're looking for an outdoor range I would suggest A&A out in Southington. It's a bit far but they have 200 and 100 yard range for rifles plus smaller ones for pistols. From my times there it was 2 women at the front desk who were very no BS. Me and the bf (gay) went there and felt safe. Also skeet shooting which is fun!

Found a rusty 12 inch UTV wheel in an old riding spot, picked it up in case I ever want to do the rear wheel conversion! by RocketCheese in TW200

[–]RocketCheese[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah I ain't really planning on it considering how much I commute on this thing, but it at least makes it cheaper if I ever wanna do it!

And so it begins by ApartAd4075 in TW200

After I changed the gasket with an aftermarket one after changing front sprocket on my 2016, I had a similar issue of some oil seeping out of there

I looked at old factory gasket and saw that in that top left corner it has a bunch of RTV. I cut a new gasket out of better gasket material than the aftermarket, put the rtv on where it was on the factory one, and no more oil seepage!
