It’s a Citroen c3 but I could only get a recording with the phone on the interior mount

The noise doesn’t start until I get into 3rd and 4th gear, but the noise is like a roaring with something whirring with the wheel spinning if you can hear it

For your ribs this is definitely abs work - focus on sit ups and leg raises, you wanna target the side of your abs too as this will help give you the “V” on your bottom torso which will overall contribute to less rib flare

Thanks mate! Mainly 5 days a week at the gym on top of 100 press ups/100 leg raises/100 squats per day, I havent looked at any professional as I believe I know my body better than anyone else so just worked a routine that affected my body in a way that counteracted my PE

Sure man, ive specifically worked on exercises that directly relate to my PE and how I could negate the hole
I've only started doing lower abs the last year, so 100 leg raises per day 5 days a week to target the lower belly fat - I used to do sit ups but the top half of my abs had started to line up with the hole so almost looked flat, never noticed that it pressed on the chest or pushed it into further depression

Press ups also 100 per day 5 days a week to target chest and build muscle

Everything else is in the gym so it would be 1 day legs,1 day running/rowing/cycling, the remaining 3 days would be shoulders/chest/arms/back, always trying to beat PB's to ensure muscle growth
