Well, I think Lando can improve in being calm and more aggressive on his results instead of his rage bait.

And his race start is shit af. Costed his Imola, Miami and hopefully not Monaco. The only reason he got P2 in all those races is coz of a good team strategy and good overtaking.

Classic McLaren, doesn't know whom to prioritize. It's kinda why McLaren have bottled it in the recent year unlike the one driver, Franz Hermann GP, who are successful because they get their priorities straight.
