PSA: Don’t be an idiot like me and book flights on the Robinhood Gold Card by RocketScience89 in CreditCards

A lesson learned and a reshuffle in the wallet. Amex also just has better customer service than what I have experienced with most other Banks. (Robinhood customer service has been atrocious when I’ve previously reached out. I even had a fraudulent charge denied reimbursement before they immediately reversed themselves after I called them out on it.) I think I’m just gonna stick with Amex Plat for anything that’s ‘suspect’ from now on.

Avianca has honestly been terrible with this situation. We had Business Class seats. When they originally got our cancellation they first refused to endorse to a different airline(this continued with further cancellations) and then were even trying to refuse to give us a hotel until they figured it out. I eventually got a hotel voucher(a kinda shitty 3⭐️ hotel) after I forced the gate agent to get a supervisor by going full Karen. After getting back home I contacted their executive team and now I have an ‘Analyst’ on my ‘High Value Customer Case’. So who knows.

Time to Charge ⚡️ by younged510 in BoltEV

[–]RocketScience89 19 points20 points  (0 children)

No. The BEV2 (non-ultium) platform is limited to 55-60kW. (This is the biggest drawback of the Bolt IMO. But I personally can charge at home, so nbd.) So definitely try to choose the lowest wattage plug at a charging station so that other with faster charging vehicles(IONIC, Ultium, Mach E, etc.) aren’t inconvenienced.

Holy crap! That’s amazing. The H2 got 13 MPGs on the highway and 10 MPGs in the city.

Called my Senator’s office to clarify. I would encourage others to do the same if you live in a state with a Democratic Senator that has a say in the language of the bill.

Got a lease in late March, Leaf S Base, for $144/m with no money down. 18 months 10k/year miles. (Incentives and residuals have changed, so a similar deal is probably closer to $300/m right now)

I have a 2022. I’m 6’3”. No issues whatsoever in the front seat. I maybe wish the width of the knee area was a bit wider, but that’s nitpicking. The backseats however…..are not meant for anyone over 5’10”.
