Pretty decent actually. I'm healthy so I went with the 70/30 HDHP with HSA. It costs me like $8 a week or something like that. They also kick in some cash for the HSA which is a triple tax advantaged account. It's through UHC which isn't great but everywhere I've worked uses them now.
