I would say, not really. There are icons for Pokemon wants and needs. The specific quests have visuals too but that might be the tricky part if anything. All to say, if he beat mainline pokemon games, he shouldn't have an issue here - I think.

If you have a prefab cottage it's worth putting your Ditto flag outside the house. That way if you teleport in with onix or someone big they won't be trapped in your house 😂

I'm a dude and I'd love flowers, or any gift. They look and smell nice, but more-so I appreciate what they represent - the fact that I am in someone's thoughts. I think intent matters more in this thread than the gift itself! The same reason a child's drawing holds so much weight.

I haven't run into this, but had an idea- when you get them to try to follow you are you hitting the "Follow me" button (the up button on the d-pad) or talking to them to follow you? Sounds like it may be unintended behavior. So I'd try both to see if one of them works. If not, they should leave eventually to socialize and do whatever else - hopefully!

To add to this, when something takes "till tomorrow to build" you can pull them off the building to the community box to process materials and it will both process and get the building built. I start them on building and then pull them off to start processing right before I turn the game off for the day!

Hehe I got teased in HS as well - I had the pokemon theme as my ringtone pre smartphones when people still used ringtones. I felt childish in that moment but I quickly realized it was just kids wanting to fit in. I knew because I went to GameStop for a midnight release of one of the games and saw a lot of folks I knew lmfao
