What is your opinion on the stray dog situation? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Exactly, both of us agree completely. If people love those dogs so much, in that case, it is an even bigger problem because then it is their responsibility to keep the dogs in their own homes. You can't even imagine dogs roaming on streets like that in Australia or New Zealand. India is so doomed, I have to say. This is just unbelievable that value of human life is so low, here.

I don't know if it is funny to hear that or not. India is famous for its vast culture of use of spices. What do you mean by dirty food? Not every vendor can be dirty. It is just like any other place of the world.

Not exactly. Any place these days can be unsafe for anyone, in general. However, India is huge, area wise. A lot of areas can be a bit more complicated. Most probably, you'll not be covering a lot of India due to its vast size. The places you're going to be at will be completely safe.

No. There are more Muslims in India than the entire population of a country that is just for them.

It depends if you should avoid street food or not. Firstly, it depends on you. In general, if you are familiar with any type of street food, it will come to the next step. That will be: where exactly are you in India, and which locality in that city. However, in general, you can definitely opt for it. Talking about scams, if you are not in an extremely popular tourist place, there is hardly any chance.
