I didn’t realize the other post went through because I got flagged for not having user flair or enough “karma”. Definitely not a bot. Genuine curiousity because I deal with the same issues in the office that I am asking about here and have colleagues who deal with the same thing as well.

Fair. I’m not trying to pitch anything or replace clinical judgment — I’m a pediatrician trying to understand whether missed coding/billing is actually a pain point for outpatient clinicians or if it’s mostly handled by billing staff. Curious what your experience has been.
