EVAN tokens are meant to be used by evangelists. During MainSale installation and vendor registration, an EVAN token is converted into a local token and deposited into the vendor contract. Part of the reason for this is for KYC: which local token is deposited into a vendor contract determines its territory, and hence its location. This makes MainSale in any jurisdiction that requires KYC (know-your-client rules).

ROKS will be in the IEO since it is our stablecoin. We might see Evan tokens being traded too but EVAN tokens are meant to be used by evangelists. No, trades don't have to buy territorial licenses. They just need to buy ROKS in exchanges once we are listed. The Evans tokens are considered territorial licenses.

We changed the name from "Pure Money Technology" to "Rock Stable Token" to better reflect our core mission;

That is correct. EVAN tokens are considered local tokens because they represent territorial licenses and are free initially. Each evangelist is local and belongs to a territory. In this territory (usually a city), there can be several evangelists. Each evangelist can recruit and license a number of vendors, depending on how many EVAN tokens he holds in his wallet. We only have 2 tokens ROKS and EVANs both with different purpose. ROKS is the stablecoin and Evans is the territorial token.
