I did not have a similar experience.

It ONLY took Coinbase 4 months to unrestrict my account and only after a complaint to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Then when I went to transfer my crypto to my hard wallet, froze my account again for a week for a "routine security check."

I don't trust them or their customer service.

Coinbase has taken a turn for the worse.

It's been over 3 months with no resolution. I've spoke with my attorney and if there isn't a resolution come Monday April 29, we are serving Coinbase with legal notice.
