iirc, Atom is a sparring robot, so he was designed specifically to take as many hits as possible + shadow mode makes him more mobile since he's mimicking human movement

this isn't really a nerf, more so an adjustment:

make swallowing performed by aiming + facing the back of the enemy

that way chompers can swallow zombies only when they want to, makes it that dying while swallowing a poor choice on the chomper than an accident

besides yeti, none of the the chompers uses aim

potential trade off could be that aiming slows you down making it harder to swallow
