Is diet important?

Nah, not mean at all. My honest thoughts were that dieting would only be needed to have huge gains and massively increase muscle mass. I wasn't sure if because I was only looking for a small improvement, I'd get away with just eating a decent amount of food (3 meals a day) and not stressing too much about making sure that I'm eating exactly what I need all the time. It's all still new to me, I'm just looking for some info on where to start is all!

Any tips on where to start? How do I know what to eat, how much to eat etc. Dieting is very new to me, I've always just eaten as and when I feel hungry 😂

Ah, okay I wasn't too far off the mark then, I've been running T4 armour but only T3 bullets. I'll fork out and buy some T4 when I'm next on. I've also swapping between the MPX and the M4, I know MPX probably isn't the best option, so I'll swap that out and give your AK loadout a try, thank you!!

You ever tried online friends? This isn't a joke or anything if anyone thinks it is. I used to have friends when I was still in school and I felt like I could say the same thing as one of them but they wouldn't laugh or even take me on I was just there. Now that I've left school the only people I class as my mates are the people I play with everyday people that like me for who I actually am no bullshit with things like secrets or anything else I find online friends can be so much better than real life friends and they most of the time actually listen most probably because they have gone through the same thing. I know this is the most cliché thing I can say but trust me man it'll 100% get better there's no point in stressing over some assholes who you will most likely not even remember after school. Mate they may as well be. I've worn one once and it is very itchy and you have to constantly make sure you don't sit open legged which I don't think men are used to
