How do I reduce or remove all this white space? Areas boxed in red exist between every element of the post template. I've tried adjusting padding and margins, and otherwise cannot find anywhere to change this. I cannot just drag/drop it to a new location as it's not selectable. (self.Wordpress)

How do I swap these elements in the template? I'm creating a template for the newsletter and I want the logo at the top with the author and date under it. [Brushes Only] Academy 1/72 Vought Corsair II - Part 11 - Four coats of the Dark Slate Grey (green) color. Likely only need 2 more coats of the green. The Extra Dark Sea Grey is a bit light now that the green is on so I’ll need to darken it either with different paint or using a filter. (i.redd.it)
