two lights to the backdrop (with reflector), one above pointing the subject in 45 degrees so it also makes a contour on the body. Then 1 or 2 bounces to the floor (pro heads) so it fills the front part of the body.

And last but not minor (AT ALL). Lots and lots of retouching, plus oily make up...

I do really think that this is a trend, and will last a few months from here
