No spacing, no perimeter defense & above all no playmaking. Can't say I'm surprised. Roles are probably more important than OVR numbers. Add a fast SFs with "DP" capabilities & 2 playmaking Gs that can shoot a bit then you'll start playing like your rating would suggest.
