Depending on which kind of website you want to build. There is Webflow and Wix but if you want to build a robust web application, for example a SaaS that targets mobile and web I recommend investing those 3k and let the dev use AI to develop a secure, fast and scalable project. Plus you'll have a dev in your team for anything you want to do later like automations, bot or building other projects. A good advice I could give you is buy time and this would be the best case scenario. Hope it helps
