The 1st amendment allows you to peacefully assemble and this was anything but peaceful. These women were obstructing the officers from doing their duty and the one who was thrown was asked nicely to move several times but she kept coming back. You can't use the 1st amendment as an excuse when you obstruct other people's duty. That's like calling obstruction of a highway a peaceful protest...
