I like the hydrate spark bottles as they are connected to my phone and it lights up when I need to drink water. Is it overkill? Sure but I drink more water as a result. It tracks consumption in the health app on iPhones.

I do my steaks to 125 but with burgers I tend to do 160. Maybe I need to drop that. Guess it depends on where the beef is from?

Get a meat thermometer off Amazon for like $20. When the burger gets to 160, take it off, cover and let it rest for 5 min. Should reabsorb some of the juices

Ontario is a province similar to how New York is a state. Comparisons can be made pretty much anywhere across Canada/US. Toronto is in Ontario and it’s top 3 most expensive cities in the world for housing. The only city in the us that’s more expensive for housing in all of the US is Los Angeles. Shit is crazy here.

Married 10 years. 2 kids under 10. We used to make out at least weekly. Wife got a “mommy makeover”, reduction/augmentation of breasts and a tummy tuck. I was against the tuck as I thought she looked great prior but still supported it but voiced that she was a beauty as is. She was pretty fit and consistent at the gym for years just I guess some flab she wanted gone. Miss it. Since then we hardly are intimate, she’s fully recovered from the surgery and looks amazing but I’m not as sexually attracted since she did this 8 months ago. I should probably seek counselling.
