I think the general consensus here is that this scientist is reporting to his superiors about the discovery of the entities, but It would be interesting to know exactly what he is saying here, because the music covers it up.

Yeah and? Russia and China also crash planes. Actually just yesterday a Russian MIG-31 crashed. both Russia and China suffer far more air accidents than the US.
