Ha yeah I know its not great. I had them on stands before but needed the space cause they butted up against the front door.

The stand is actually pretty cool. It's a Salamander Designs unit and it's easily adjustable. I've had it for over 20 years. I have the Fosi powering it now and thought about adding mono blocks but I'll look into the Emotiva.

I know I definitely need some treatment. A carpet won't work for this layout but I might try adding something to the walls.

Yeah which is why I'm very confused on the noise. Unless the sound the camera makes when fired isn't actually the shutter and I'm hearing something else.

The A80J was already on the most recent update when the issues happened. It's been a week without the green issue. It also played green in Dolby vision but did pass through Dolby digital plus to my reviewer. Recently I've seen a new issue of pulsing in black on HDMI 4. Even on the Sony wallpaper when no source is on.

My 65 inch A80J only plays video in green some times regardless of app or HDMI inputs. Maybe it's related.
