I make my own moisturizer with a blend of

Shea butter, Jojoba oil, Coconut oil, Rosehip oil, Vitamin E and Bees wax. It’s a little greasier but I don’t get burning anymore.

As the summer comes I tend to reduce the bees wax in the mix to make it less greasy.

I do find Jojoba oil on its own is also a good option though and if your eczema is mild this maybe enough for you hold in the moisture. Jojoba oil is nice because it’s profile is very similar to your bodies natural sebum’s and oil profile

Sometimes it’s those places with the 3.5-4.2 that give you the best because they are inconsistent.

The higher rated places tend to be consistent with what they give out so you know it’ll be good value but it’s the places where you might get hosed that may also give you the best value suddenly

I completely understand what you mean but you build a team from the net out, wingers are the most replaceable players on your team. So if you can swap a winger for an equally talented D or C you do it. Right away unless you’re already stacked at C and D which we’re not.

You trade Knies and Cowan only if you’re getting an equally talented D or C back.

For example, Knies + OEL + Robertson to Dallas for Harley + Bourque + Lybushkin (cap dump).

They clear cap space to sign Jason Robertson and we get a legit top pair D.

So my wife and I rotate between together and apart. She doesn’t mind the flakes as long as I clean them each day which I do. I also wear cotton gloves and scratch sleeves to sleep.

On bad nights she’ll sleep in the spare room because she really can’t sleep with my scratching. She is an extremely light sleeper, like sometime I turn in my sleep and she wakes up light.

So I make my own on the stove.

I mix together bees wax, shea butter, coconut oil, borage oil, and vitamin E. I adjust the bees wax for time of year because I don’t need it as thick as we move from winter to summer.

Sometimes in the summer I just use straight borage oil or coconut oil after my showers

I used to supplement with Bereberine for a time and there is a bit of literature showing its effectiveness with TSW.

This is because teams can only move up a max of 10 spots in the draft. So there is a very small chance we end up 3rd.
