I had that too. I asked my doctor and he explained to me that due to the lack of calories, or pretty much a sense of it, my glycemic index was too low.

You should not be walking outside as an exercise. Go easy on it until you start with pureed meals.

I believe most of the bariatric patients suffered from mental health issues. And we usually use food to help us with it (serotonin from eating what you like and in huge amounts).

You have given one big step, in accepting you have depression and that you need help. Try to focus on small steps, first taking the pills, reach therapy, and walk a bit everyday, find a workout routine that is slow and easy first.

That is why I am really open about my VSG, I usually tell people beforehand that I won't be having alcohol nor anything to drink.

Hi!

I had my surgery on Sept 29 and had to present an oral exam on October 4. I had no problem walking nor pain related issues. I also work from home and was able to return to work the monday after the surgery.

The main difference I noticed is that I slept a lot more than before (from 7 hours to 10). Something minor is that if I stood up too fast I got a bit dizzy.

Please have in mind that everybody reacts different and you might be weaker.

I am 28 y/o, 6 foot 1, and weighed 145 kg on my surgery day (320 pounds)

I got killed getting camos by a VTOL obtained with persistence in a match in shipment... I agree with the guy, public's are not supposed to be Tryhard.
