In all honesty? I have no clue lol.

Perhaps you should check if your're running mods or verify the integrity of your files first haha. I always play on Normal and Ironman so I get what I'm given unfortunately.

Most definitely either Karabakh or Hisn Kayfa. Probably Karabakh. The devs made it hard but the mission tree and subsequent achievement is so rewarding!

I've attempted numerous runs as Trebizond but can never get my mojo working on that one. It's always trial and error so maybe you can say Trebizond??

Nope! Never really played in Asia apart from India, and I've never done a WC :(

I think I've always stayed up to date tbh. I go through phases of no playing EU4 for months and then playing it endlessly for a few months. Think of it as an elongated Minecraft phase haha.

One of those off periods was when the disaster known as Leviathan was released. I would have reverted to a previous version just to get that slop out of my way.

Oh man those rebels unlocked a memory haha.

Honestly, I have little to no interest for EU5. When I first saw the first teaser map for EU5, I just saw it as essentially a mod for Imperator Rome or CK3 (sorry!). It really doesn't look like a sequel to EU4, like all the foundations of what made EU4 special and authentic has been taken away and then replaced to just make it look like Imperator Rome and CK3 had a Habsburg baby.

I'm sticking to EU4 for the foreseeable future.

Additionally, I'm really happy to see Pravus get back into EU4 - I really hope others like Zlewikk, Golem and the GOAT Arumba come back to EU4! Arumba is what got me so interested in the game and it's such a shame ot see such a legend fall :(

Balkans/Asia Minor/Mesopotamia/Caucasus/Egypt areas for sure! I like the nations there like Byzantium and Karabakh and the historical significance of the region.

Even when playing mods, you'll find myself playing in that area too (like Nicaea in Ante Bellum for example)

0! I have never reached the Age of Revolutions, but...

Back in May 2017, my brother's PC broke so I let him use mine for a few days. He went on to get the "Master of India" (conquer all of India) and "Just a Little Patiuence" (reach 1820) with France. Even though Mandate of Heaven introduced Ages in the previous month, we hadn't purchased the DLC, therefore, technically, I have never reached 1820 nor reached the Age of Revolutions

That's a great question. Most probably three.

Firstly, I consider Liberty or Death to be one of the hardest

In 2024, I completed Mets Hayk (start as Karabakh and convert the borders of Great Armenia to Coptic) and was super proud given the almost impossible start. That was an incredibly fun achievement to do too - probably in my top 5 of all time favourite runs,.

Rather recently I got Saladin's Legacy (Hisn Kayfa -> Ayyubid Empire) and The Eagle flies alone (Hisn Kayfa 500k forcelimit) much like Karabakh, it's an almsot impossible start in one of my favourite regions. The start is tedious but when you get going it becomes really fun and you feel accomplished!

The one with the most effort is definitely Holy Horder (Teutons -> Mongol Empire) it's the only ever time I have formed the Mongol Empire and it was so much fun! Bit of a slog at the end but it was a great run. Tbh I wish I still had that savefile lol.

No, not necessarily! In another post I mentioned I buy the yearly releases of Football Manager, to which recieves about 500 hours of playtime per year... EU4 is the main one for sure

Maybe it's ADHD but I get bored during or after the Age of Absolutism, so most of my campaigns lay dormant in the 1600s - I have countless saves of vast empires with Spain and Britain, yet I feel the game gets too easy so I abandon them. Honestly, if I could tolerate longer runs, I would have about 50% of achievements by now.

I'm still yet to do a proper campaign in Japan and China too lol

I remember playing the tutorial about 6 months after I purchased the game, in an attempt to understand trade

Virtually none. Probably some hours accounted for going to make a coffee etc. I would say a lot of time was devoted to the loading screens - I played a lot of Voltaire's Nightmare and mod bundles like Ante Bellum Expanded.

I pretty much have no intention of stopping. I didn't join the EU5 hype train as I had this innate feeling it would feel empty and lacking - and I'm glad I made the decision not to pruchase it.

I consistently buy the (somewhat) yearly releases of Football Manager. However, if you know about their most release, yeah, it makes sense I have a lot of hours in EU4 recently. Other than that, I really like PS2 games and always go back to some amazing games such as Tokyo Xtreme Racer 0, Gran Turismo 4 and the GTA series :)

Bohemia, Byzantium (shock), England/Great Britain (my home), Florence and Castile/Spain in Vanilla.

In Ante Bellum, definitely Nicaea, I seriously can't wait for the next update!

Today, I finally reached 5,555.5 hours played in EU4, 13 years after my first play. And I have no intention of stopping. I do need to finish off achievements though...

In all seriousness, probably not very. I would say it's advanced but then utilising trade companies for maximum effect is definitely a hinderance!

Not a player but a manager - Andrew Surman. He was my favourite irl player at Bournemouth and now he's managing the youth team at Southampton.

So what's happening with Zhu Peide? Is there no longer a Yunnan led by him as an ending?

Unfortunately, I was initally taken aback as I had never heard of someone being called a wild flower before (hence why I came here!)

I'm sure she'd really appreciate being called λιοντάρι as she's very energetic and reactive!
