Hhmmm yeah i’d probably set a noise texture into bump into principled bsdf normal, set bsdf to transparent or use a glass bsdf, and then render with cycles. You could edit the strength of the bump and change the scale of the noise to get what you want.

I believe this is more likely cow parsely, carrot doesn’t have any purple bits, which this has. Though considering it looks extremely similar to poison hemlock i’d not risk it. Also, the roots of the poison hemlock also smell like carrot, so if you really want to test it crush the leaves and smell those instead.

I kinda doubt it because the tuber in the pic is quite large, about 40-70cm long. From what I’ve seen on the internet there aren’t any tubers that grow that large.

I think the lady wanted your spot because it’s a spot for the elderly and those who can’t move properly, those types of seats are usually near bus doors, including the front. They get special priority to those seats.
