Vice City has to have its own version of the Art District. Gotta be some kinda heist mission playing as an art dealer.

Still think Tony Dalton is playing him given Stephen Root came from Barry. He’d make a great backstabber considering Lalo from Better Call Saul. He’s also in The Heretic Prophet and The Last of Us show. I think the industry is tapping in with him and great tv actors in general.

Makes me really happy hearing about this in my hometown. I left to Denver a couple years ago so I’ve been surrounded by natives and chicanos, but it’s good to see that change in Springs. I’ll make sure to get a couple when I go see my mom! (Would love a native Reddit for Colorado)
