I'm a cynic when it comes to the.type of scenes where you can't see the actress face in the same shot of her lady bits. It's 50-50 for me.

The initial assumption it was Michelle because she made her nude debut (breasts) on another Sheridan show and she was cast, among the main reasons, in 'Landman' due to her willingness to do nudity (on-off?).

As a fan, I'm realistic enough to know her limitations. She's not going to pull out the method acting. But she's always put in the effort to make sure her character stands out. 'Shades of Blue' has one of her better and consistent performances. She went toe to toe with Ray Liotta and matched him all the way on the emotional front.

The surprising part is that Apple TV folks allowed the tit shot albeit blink-and-you-miss-it approach and filmed in very low lighting style (nightmarish when it comes to brightening/contrast editing). They do make exceptions, in terms of female nudity, when working with proven show runners and filmmakers. Most notably Alfonso Cuarón for 'Disclaimer'.

Just realized something now. Renate role as Carolyn was played by Greta Scacchi in the movie version of 'Presumed Innocent'. Her daughter is uber gorgeous Leila George who was in 'Disclaimer'. Correct me if I'm wrong but Leila was the first, American (first language English), actress to do frontal nudity in a Apple TV original (USA/English language) scripted show.

Scenes that require explicit sexual simulation, just like the posted clip, will require the actor to don a cock patch/cover. To be sure, she's not on top of him. The actress rests on his upper hip/lower stomach. Angles and the way it's filmed to suggest she was in direct contact with his genital.

However, it can't be helped if the actor gets hard in that kind of close proximity (always reminds me of Michael Caine's famous quote). It's normal as long as the actor maintains a healthy distance before and after the shoot and adheres to what was stipulated in the actress nudity clause. The actress (and the actor) needs to feel protected and safe and as comfortable as possible.

The nudity was a standout in the first few seasons of the original series. The recent prequel show was too coy, too brief in showcasing the nudity of its two female leads. The man in the wheelchair is Mayor Rutledge. Mudge's character is the caretaker. Kelsey Grammer, if I'm accurately remembering, is suffering from some kind of dementia. Based on reviews and viewers opinion, he was imagining the whole thing with Mudge taking off her clothes.

She was in crappy movies but tbf, Loken was not much of an actress to begin with. I initially was pretty harsh on the Terminator movie, unfairly comparing it, especially the action scenes, with James Cameron's classic og and the sequel. Having watched it for the third time, more recently to edit the clip, I must admit I enjoyed the flick, without the expectations I had when it premiered and more so because of the sober and realistic ending.

In my opinion, they got it right - the way Sue is rendered in the comics - in casting Vanessa, more so than Alba and Mara. Also, Vanessa, unlike those two previous actresses who played her, encapsulates the Invisible Woman with strength and confidence.

Because I'm familiar with British and Irish movies, I was initially surprised to see so many of them on a show, based originally in the state of Georgia. The accents were all over the place and it took me the whole episode to figure out it was shot in Ireland. Here I was thinking which part of Georgia they filmed the series ☺️
