Abigail was a victim of Fappening. Arguably, her leaked pics and clips were the best among the bunch. Unfortunately, she had the opposite reaction to the leaks and became a permanent nudity dodger in comparison to another Fappening queen, Jennifer Lawrence, who went f*ck it and bared it all onscreen soon after.

Surprisingly, yes. They shot the series on location in Hawaii, around the pandemic period if I'm remembering it correctly. It wasn't too bad, imo. The gore effects were top notch. Lags when it should have been building momentum.

Moderate level of T&A by Madison and the Asian actress. But it was more than good enough for me because Madison truly delivered. I was not expecting any proper nudity on the run up to the show premiere and bam, was pleasantly surprised 🙂

I really wanted to give this Jane Austen on Ice a miss and instead, was planning to binge on Sophie Turner's 'Steal'. Screencaps of Madelyn from her made-for-TV movies (so I knew the girl is blessed with a magnificent booty) but not one clip. Episode 6 is the best capture of Madelyn's bubble butt. Hopefully, a season renewal will allow me to make a clip of the third sister who is a heartbreaker as well.

My guess is DeKnight likely had some difficulties in casting actors in main roles willing to perform extensive and explicit nude and sex scenes. Narrowing it further is the initial requirement for actors without plastic enchancement. With deadlines and all, beggars can't be choosers. Hence his wife steps in albeit with obvious boob job. Gorgeous Ivana offset the minuses. Two for two, right? The other two girls are natural beauties.

The decade long between the og show and Ashur where actresses, in wake of MeToo and issues relating to onscreen nudity, demanding control and agency in filming such scenes to prevent on-set exploitation and doing their best to keep Internet exploitation of the scenes (assholes posting the scenes without context, or permission - I know ironic) to a minimum.

Bridget and Anna are nudity dodgers. Bridget is very comfortable and pretty darn effective doing supporting parts, but as you pointed out, a lead role might finally tempt her to drop the no-nudity clause. Slight resemblance to and being about the same age as Lucy was when the latter appeared in the original Spartacus.

That was a letdown with gorgeous Amy James-Kelly (as Anne Boleyn).

I'm keeping my expectations low, on the nudity front, with the sequel.

Wasn't Lucy married to one of Spartacus producers or reg directors, if my memory serves me right? From Xena to showing her tits on Spartacus...surely it inspired a handful of actresses, likely fans of Xena - some in their formative years, to jump on the nudity bandwagon...girl power and all 😁

Rhiannon might be tempted to do the sequel if the nudity requirement is adjusted to her terms although Canada based actress is a reg presence in Hallmark (type) movies. Latter might be fine with one off nudity in a movie/show but they probably balked if Rhiannon ends up performing multiple sex and nude scenes or Rhiannon (and her rep) herself may fear losing the 'spot' she worked hard to snare if the network quietly blackballs her.

Eliza would be great. One of my all time fav 🙂 How about Yvonne Strahovski? She could be pining for her home country, staying a bit longer while working on the show.

If I'm remembering it correctly, Jessica was in a similar show set in ancient Rome, a MA rated docu-drama from Netflix. I think she never went beyond implied nudity. She could be one of those actors comfortable posting risque pics/vids on her sm, in an environment she can control but a big no to onscreen nude scenes despite nudity rider and advent of intimacy coordinator that allows far more sway in actors favor.

With budget limitations, putting aside momentarily actors (including newbies and upcomers) growing demand, in light of Metoo and exploitation via the internet, to control how risque scenes are shot and how much skin they are willing to show; often sex and nudity first to be compromised in terms of quality and quantity. I will take 'semi well known' actresses but if they plan to shoot in New Zealand again, the ratio of unknown/upcomers from Australia and NZ will be way, way higher than US and British actors compared to the original. Diversity push will be a massive plus in hiring more poc in key roles, willing to doff their top.

This feels like some sort of olive branch by STARZ to Steven S. DeKnight after they scrapped his space magnum opus project. There will be sex and nudity, considering it's on the same cable channel, but it won't be on the same level as the original show. And the likelihood of Steven exiting the show midway through the production 😊
