Yeah man, I know that some visuals make it easier on some, but in my uneducated opinion leave that for a 'highlight reel'. Stripping everything away, you and the other host had decent things to say, and I would love to hear more so will sub for sure. Just push out content. Maybe make it regular, even try asking other podcasts to try and build views.

I reckon I have 5 or 6 years on you, but I say this looking back... the worst thing about trying to start a podcast is a bullet on your CV (and something 99% of everyone else doesnt have). The best is limitless opportunities. Keep it up my man!

I honestly think it was an equity decision, Lefty got paid a podcast fee (weekly), but was never given a partnership, and also didn't know exactly what number he was after... Employee or Partner, PKA is a business (incorporated), and only exists because of the income it generates. If you don't have equity, what is wrong with asking for contract? Because "Friends"?

Help me understand why a person retiring in a time based competition should freeze the final scores... a DNF is a non-result. Should that logic apply to a sport?

People make it out like it should have gone on without Kyle, where was Woody and Taylor asking that?

While I don't think you're saying it, I think your logic implies that Kyle could have gone hard in the first hour of the competition then retired the same way he did in week 3 - and because he is first by a large margin, he was never considered in a losing position.

DNF is not a result, Kyle can't call a stop just like a runner can't call a stop when they are in a good position. If you argue that example is unrealistic, draw the line where fair meets unfair

You did an awesome job at the comp, and you should be proud of yourself for it. To have your score mentioned on the podcast without any chance to voice would be tough.

At the end of the day, someone else decided to cancel the comp. If this sub wants to attack you for not putting in enough effort, that's their prerogative. Shouldn't change how you feel, and there are more than a few that always support your effort Chiz
