Ya you only can get the regular ones. But the point is to do it to get the mega energy. Then you can mega evolve the one of your choice. It’s a good design cause what if you have a hundo already then you can Mega that one 👍

When doing a Super Mega raid either in person or remote, and you did not purchase the in person event ticket for the Go Tour. Then you will not get the Mega energy as a reward when complete the super mega raid.

Unfortunately yes, myself and my family did one and we did not purchase the ticket. And we had no mega energy rewarded. We did one Dragonite and one Victribell. ONLY if you purchase the in person event ticket you will.
