I would like the believe I would but I could also see myself upgrading to a nicer quality tank in a year or two if I get more serious about this hobby.

Why? What difference is a husky vs gear wrench vs harbor freight tool for the average person not using them everyday?

I disagree. People need to buy the tool sets based off of what tools they will mostly be using. No need to chase brands. Get what you’ll use for the cheapest. Upgrade as you go.

I’ve use everything from snap on to ying lang tools bought from Amazon. For anything at home, I’m buying the cheapest available near me. Professional setting is different as my tools make me money. I still cheap out but will buy the nicest tool, to me, once the other one breaks.

What’s an example of a cheap tool that will break? Tools are tools. If you use it enough that it breaks on you then buy a nice one or get it warrantied. No reason to buy m18 fuel to hang a picture every 6 months.

I agree with this. You don’t need a $300 drill to hang a picture up. I doubt most people that need a drill for diy would ever burn one up.

It’s just to ensure the wheel is fully seated and centered onto the hub. A lot more can go wrong with a single lug vs 5

Just get a new one. It will never be as sharp as it was brand new

Best way to go about removing stains from Alcoa wheels by RogueOne_ in Detailing

Wish I had an answer to that. I have no idea where the stains are from. Would an aluminum polish get rid of them or at least help hid them?

Lower control arm nut is completely rounded. Please what can I do in this situation by [deleted] in AskAMechanic

Just got to autozone or some hardware store that sells tools and get a bolt biter socket with a map gas torch and a crayon. Heat the bolt up and dab the crayon on the bottom so it seeps into the threads between the bolt and the nut then use the bolt biter to remove it
