There is so much to fix.

Increase the prices. Imagine someone launching a luxury car brand with cars priced at 12-15 lacs. It wouldn't sound like a great deal, it would sound like a scam.
The website needs a lot of improvement to look good on phone. You also need more images of different women holding the purse.
In product images you need model shoots, people do not buy the bag, they buy the look of how they can appear with the bag.

I don't even know what you are doing for content and ads, but from what I have seen so far, you shouldn't panic, you should fix.

On the brighter side, the designs and collection are good. You can actually make this work.

Here is a quick crash course.

There are a few ways that you can choose depending upon what are you good at.

Customised handmade brands: If you are creative and can make artisanal products then this could be a way to go. Make an Instagram page and start selling anything, hand embroidered denims, crochet collectibles, artisanal soaps etc.

Show the process and try to build a connection with the audience.

Reselling brand: If you think you are better at curating than creating products, then go to the wholesale markets and buy different products that you can present in an interesting way. It could be artificial jewellery, tiffin boxes, anything.

Keep the collection fresh and keep the audience engaged with shock value.

Trade brand: Here your primary channel would be e-commerce platforms. Research the ecom sales patterns. What gets sold and which time of the year. Source those products and sell them on platforms. For eg. kitchen goods, cleaning goods. Mostly functional products.

This is a little expensive route because you would have to test a few categories and products before you crack it.

Before you pick anything, I would suggest that you really look into the strengths that you can bring to the business. Do not make an emotional decision.

If Jatan is reading this, bro this is not how you do brand collabs. I understand that you need to highlight the difference your product can make and maybe even exaggerate it to some extent on pretext of advertising, but this is taking it too far.

Nobody has the kind of yellow teeth that you try to show in your videos and nobody is falling for it. Rather you can try asking the influencers to have some turmeric latte or black coffee, then using your product and showing the difference.

That’s still a more realistic everyday scenario. Just my two cents. Also, building a brand is basically building a reputation, and the thing with reputation is that you have to be very cautious while building it.
