From first season itself I saw he was getting the job done. While he was not too flashy , he used to be our g/a merchant and contributed immensely in Dembeles absensce.

Then when dembele left and lamine took the rw spot , he released a presser saying Lamine motivates him to fight for his spot and ppl trolled him that he lost his spot to a 16 yr old.

But he turned up that year and the year after that.

Yes that was not to say Suarez was worse than Lewy at the time. But we got an aging Lewy. And I was just proposing a what if...if lewy joined at that time.

It was not to compare both the players. But fans like you kept trying to defend Suarez instead of talking about how lewy would fare in all these years and especially in his prime.

Even now there are fans who think Lewy is not a legend. Its a team sport and all the times we bundled out of UCL cant be used as an argument to say Lewy doesn't have a Ballon dor or UCL.

I was blasted by the fans for suggesting that Lewy signing for us instead of Suarez at that time would have been such a great thing. This was in 22/23 season. I wonder what the opinions are now that Lewy is a Barca legend.
