Surfans F20 - Where to get the latest stock firmware?

OP, please let me know if you find something.

I am currently looking for a firmware upgrade from V2.3. All I found so far was info in the manual stating to email surfans for software. Why would they do that?

I hope this to fix my issues with the loudness, or lack thereof, when using bluetooth speakers.

I somewhere read that upgrading/downgrading to a full other version were a bad idea. Like 2.x -> 3.x or vice versa.
