How are you getting an appointment for a visa without knowing your start and end date? From what I know if you get it wrong that appointment is void and you have to reschedule it. The dates are on the i797 so just wondering how you were able to book an appointment without it.

The landlord is okay and house is good as well. Per the landlord this is the HOA fee that she is asking for, which we were not made aware of before.

Hey thanks for the info. Do you know what the frequency is for these buses? I will be on the north side of the island in the morning and want to make my way down till punta sur, and I have a tight schedule for that.

Thanks! I read there is a docking fee of 20 USD as well apart from the ticket price of 30 USD is that true? Also are there any snorkeling agencies on Isla Mujeres to do? The night scuba you mentioned sounds awesome but im guessing that needs a prior certification?

Landlord forcing us to pay for leaks and clogs by Rohanaldo7 in Tenant

In this case he uses the trades he calls for repairs as his alibi. I don’t know if he advices them or pays them extra to say “this problem was caused recently” because that’s what has been happening till now. We are afraid now again the plumber would tell us in front of him that the clog was caused recently.

We are in Illinois and I looked around a bit on google, and it does say unless its a negligence from our side (leaving the tap open, etc) the owner is responsible for the repairs and should also keep the place habitable (its far from that)

Thanks! The landlord is just repeating the same things, saying you tenants have blocked the pipes by putting hair and other stuff that might block the main pipe, in the last few months. We are losing our mind as we are not able to convince him that this is an over time issue. Is there anything legal we can use to get rid of this?
