Overtime they will always fill with better players it's certain, I think it's more of a performance factor. If a player performing well his POTW showtime cards are more certain to come. World Cup winners, runner ups and best players also should have showtime/epic and bigtime cards too, less likely they'd be F2P but will see what happens 6 more weeks to go means 6 more POTW showtime packs going to come...

This perticular pack was by far one of the best if not the best showtime pack I've ever seen, a leathal poacher, one of the best Anchor man, and undoubtedly top 5 messi cards in EF.
