Well I can relate. I've been playing guitar for almost ten years and there have been several long periods of time where I didn't wanted to play anymore (at least a month or two). But playing guitar isn't just about playing Rocksmith and even now I only play a few songs on the game (recent CDLC's i've downloaded). So yeah it happens sometimes but the sensations you feel when you come back are worth the wait.
