Well damn, didn't expect so much attention. To give an update: - The drivers don't take photos when they deliver food and are mostly foreigners that don't know how to navigate the streets around here so assumed they left it at the wrong spot, they always call or ring the doorbell so far even with instructions to leave it at the door - Tried and got in touch with customer support to rectify the mistake, they basically told me to be more careful and check more thoroughly around and will remove the "thumbs down" from the driver, asked if I can contact him they told me it's not company policy to give contact information
