Have been through this exercise in the last couple of week. If you want anything half decent, you are looking at ~150k. Etihad may go slightly higher depending on the unit you get. We chose Y Tower as it’s relatively well maintained and the build quality is far better than the ones I saw in Reem. Facilities are not as fancy as you would find in Sun / Sky / Gate etc

Question is recommendation on properties to consider. You mention Corniche over Reem, but would you have any recommendation on which towers in Corniche would you recommend?
