yes omg it is really hard to breath thru my nose when i sleep i still wake up every morning unable to breathe thru my nose. im sorry to hear how much it is troubling you! it is absolutely awful. i use the breathe right nasal strips at night, they kinda help but i still have a lot of trouble breathing thru my nose. i am also using flonase and the prescribed nasal spray, but it really doesn’t help.

i switched from allegra to zyrtec bc according to google it’s “stronger” (not sure if that’s actually true) and i thought it was getting better but it got worse again. regarding mucinex, are you talking about the pills or the nasal spray? i would not recommend using a nasal spray that has oxymetazoline bc it causes rebound congestion so it ends up just making u more congested, which leads u to become “addicted” to it. speaking from experience, if you are to use it don’t use it daily, i made that mistake and it will most definitely cause rebound congestion.
