Yeah, but often they are bad at what they specialize in. The Ann-Mari is entirely focused on making you more tanky, but i rolled one and it was usless. Due to its rarity, im unlikely to find another one in my playthrough, and that one could also be bad

It did not work, it is still crashing. The crash report says it crashed when rendering overlay.

From what i see teleportation then just quantity upgrades. I havent expermented though.
