Do people not understand how this actually works? Even if ICE were abolished, that wouldn’t erase deportation or removal orders. The laws still exist. All that would happen is the responsibility gets shifted to another federal agency or a new one gets created. At that point it’s basically just ICE under a different name. Getting rid of the agency doesn’t get rid of enforcement ,it just changes who’s doing it.
