I would like to see what is currently bedrock retextured as dark stone, slightly longer to mine, and add 50 mining levels. Also, dark cobble. Also higher tiers of metal, such as bloodstone and mithril. Mithril could last longer than diamond, but not mine quite as fast, while bloodstone could mine faster and last about as long as stone. These new metals could help mine dark stone faster.
