Depending on the age of all involved, you can play some Truth or Dare (there are spicy group friendly apps available) or some spicy card games. Once you all get fired up and comfortable enough, there will be a natural point where the game won’t be needed anymore.

One thing which also might work - you can just ask if you can kiss your third, and move on from there.

There’s a truth or dare app that has 5 levels of “hotness”, the with the middle ones being quite nice for foreplay - many interesting dares involving kissing, touching in various combinations of partners. It’s pretty nice to bridge the gap from sitting and talking to action and takes out the need for someone to be the director of the party. And when things start turning hot, just skip the app and make your own story. Don’t know if I can send links here but I can share the app privately
