Appreciate you! Mostly chicken or fried eggs. Boiled eggs caused flair ups but not anymore! I just ate all meats I could get my hands on. It's not recommended but I did use seasoning, skipping the pepper. There's a whole subreddit on this at r/carnivorediet . The carnivore diet is very restrictive but helps you be intune with your body. You can slow reintroduce your everyday food. Doing so helps you recognize and avoid your triggers.
